Welder-tough construction. Comfortable and supportive. The RF5005 Fuse is a welding boot designed to withstand the most demanding industrial environments. Engineered for maximum protection, the Fuse features a 100% non-metallic construction. The breathable mesh lining, made from recycled polyester, keeps your feet cool and dry, while the fibreglass safety toe provides a shield against falling objects without weighing you down.

An exclusively crafted penetration resistant protective midsole, developed by Activ-Step® helps protect your feet and provides essential on-the-job safety, further minimising the weight. Our IMPACTSHIELD™ Metatarsal Guard, a non-metallic internal metatarsal protection, ensures flexibility while protecting the delicate metatarsal bones from an impact of 20kg falling from a height of 50 cm, equivalent to 100 joules of force.

The durable materials used, including FORCE10® components, flame-resistant leather and R-TEN™ stitching, ensure exceptional resistance to molten sparks and other welding hazards. Inside the boots, the Activ-Step® comfort footbed features a bio-based natural rubber composition, certified by the USDA BioPreferred Program, further enhancing the boot's sustainability.
