Product Overview

The Orbit SURGE is an inherently flame-resistant, arc-rated combat trouser from the Hydra-Flame Specialist range, built for high-hazard electrical, rail and industrial environments. Made from an inherently FR modacrylic/cotton blend rather than a chemically treated fabric, the protection is permanent and will not wash out over the garment's lifetime.

  • Zip fly with concealed jean button fastening
  • 7 belt loops
  • Triple stitching on the front and back rise and inside and outside leg
  • 2 side seam pockets
  • 2 lower leg pockets with velcro flap fastening
  • 1 additional patch pocket on top of the side leg pocket
  • 1 rear patch pocket with velcro fastened flap
  • Internal bottom loading knee pad pockets
  • 2 rear darts
  • 3 band reflective tape around both legs
